Warm the oil: Heat a small amount of oil in a bowl placed in hot water to a pleasant temperature. Warm oil penetrates deeper.
Massage: Apply the oil to the affected area (joint, muscle) and massage with firm yet gentle strokes for 10–15 minutes.
Leave to act: For maximum effect it is essential to keep the area warm (e.g. with a hot water bottle or blanket) for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
Frequency: Use 1–2 times a day.
