Anxiety and stress

Anxiety and stress are two psychological conditions that can have both physical and emotional effects on people. Although these conditions have some common features, they are different body reactions:

Anxiety:

Stress:

  • Stress is the body's reaction to external pressure or psychological stress.
  • It can be caused by various factors such as work pressures, personal problems, life changes or other stressful events.
  • Stress can have a variety of physical and emotional manifestations, including a rapid pulse, increased blood pressure, anxiety, fatigue, and more.
  • Short-term stress can be normal and even useful, but long-term stress can have a negative effect on health.

Adaptogenic herbs are natural substances that can help the body better manage stress and reduce anxiety. Some of the most well-known adaptogenic herbs include:
