 Suitable diet and lifestyle

Avoid citrus and acidic foods (vinegar, pickles, yogurts, sour milk products, etc.). Do not combine dairy and sour products (citrus in yogurt, milk...), dairy and meat (cream sauces for meat, cheeses with meat...), dairy, meat and sour (Szeged goulash... ).
